Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

The CVEA Articles of Incorporation, along with the corporate Bylaws, outline how the Cooperative was formed and for what purpose it shall serve. It states how the Cooperative is organized and establishes governance of the organization.

The Bylaws govern CVEA membership, meetings, Directors, officers, financial management and transactions, property, definitions, and misc.

  • 2026 Bylaws Amendment Process & Deadline

  • Members may propose Bylaws amendments for placement on the 2026 ballot by filing a petition with the Board of Directors. Petitions must be signed by at least 10 percent of the membership (280 members - certified on 11/25/2025) and submitted by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
