Copper Valley Electric Association, Inc., invites you to the 2025 Annual Meeting of Members. The CVEA Annual Meeting is your chance, as a member-owner, to find out what is going on at your electric cooperative.
The purpose of the meeting will be to hear reports, learn about CVEA accomplishments, projects, and priorities, ask questions about your cooperative, accept director election results, see who is awarded Community Foundation scholarships, and transact any other business that may come before the Membership.
In addition to learning valuable information, attendees will enjoy a light meal and giveaways. Every member signed in by 6 p.m. will be eligible to win a ton of great door prizes, including a $1,000 cash grand prize, and will receive a $10 credit on their power bill!

Catering
We are thrilled to share that Valdez Emblem Club and The Caribou Grill will be catering CVEA's 2025 Annual Meetings, promising a delightful culinary experience!
The Valdez menu features three meat sandwiches, filled with turkey, ham, and salami, accompanied by two types of cheese, crisp lettuce, and tangy red onion. These are served alongside fresh veggies, a side of chips, sliced apples, and a freshly baked cookie.
On the menu for Glennallen are Mediterranean turkey pinwheels, featuring cream cheese, sundried tomatoes, parmesan, and spinach, served with chips, a freshly baked cookie, and a fresh fruit cup.

It's time to vote
Don't forget to VOTE. Ballots were mailed March 26 and we need members to vote. It is required we receive ballots from 10 percent of the membership to constitute a valid election. That means, we need YOU! All valid, appropriately signed ballots, received in the correct mailbox by the 5 p.m. April 22 deadline, will be entered to win a $100 CVEA energy credit.

Approval of the 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes
Members will be asked to approve the Minutes from the 2024 Annual Meeting at the upcoming Annual Meeting on April 29, in Valdez, and May 1, in Glennallen.
