Application
If you would like to receive service as a new member or at a new location, it is necessary to complete an application. Residential and business applications and signature cards are available below. If the facility is not currently serviced by CVEA, it is important that you speak with a CVEA representative. Please call either 907-822-3211 or 907-835-4301.
If you would like to submit an application for service or to update an existing signature card, please fill out the appropriate document below, sign it, and email your document(s) to customerservice@cvea.org. You may also drop your information off at either office location. For questions, please call the district phone number noted above.
