- Connect Fee/Reconnect Fee/Service Call During Normal Hours: $50
- Connect Fee/Reconnect Fee/Service Call Outside Normal Hours: $200
- NSF Check Charge: $35
- Meter Seal Breakage - Unauthorized Breakage: $200
- Field Collection Fee: $40
- Late Payment Fee - Residential: $10
- Late Payment Fee - Commercial: $50
