Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

The CVEA Articles of Incorporation, along with the corporate Bylaws, outline how the Cooperative was formed and for what purpose it shall serve. It states how the Cooperative is organized and establishes governance of the organization.

The Bylaws govern CVEA membership, meetings, Directors, officers, financial management and transactions, property, definitions, and misc.

• 2024 Bylaws Amendments 

• Members had an opportunity to propose Bylaw amendments for placement on the 2024 ballot through January 11, 2024.  No amendments were submitted by petition or recommended by the Board of Directors. There will be no Bylaws amendments on the 2024 ballot.
